At Sagar Visas, we strive to deliver quality service. Our Refund Policy outlines conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Consultancy Fee
All consultancy service fees paid to Sagar Visas are non-refundable once the application process has begun, as our effort, time, and expertise are committed from the start.
2. Visa Fee
Visa fees paid to embassies or government portals are subject to their refund rules. In most cases, visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:
• The client cancels within 24 hours of payment and no work has started.
• A duplicate payment was made in error.
4. No Refunds Are Issued If:
• The visa is rejected by the embassy or immigration authority.
• The client fails to provide documents or delays the process.
• The client provides fraudulent documents or false information.
• There is a change in personal circumstances (e.g., medical, family emergency) after service initiation.
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days after confirmation.
