Visa processing times are subject to the concerned embassy’s discretion. Sagar Visas cannot guarantee timelines or approvals.

6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we assist with documentation and provide guidance, the final decision to approve or reject a visa lies solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including unlawful purposes, submitting false documentation, or attempting to defraud any government.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sagar Visas is not liable for delays, visa rejections, or any loss arising out of embassy decisions, changes in immigration rules, or incorrect documents submitted by the applicant.
